Knowledge and Experience is something you cannot buy in real estate.
Holly Dean earned her real estate license in 2007 and has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010. She holds a business degree from Sam Houston State University and has been actively involved in animal rescue since 2013. Holly currently serves on the board of a local rescue organization dedicated to saving dogs from high risk shelters.
Sean Dean has been selling real estate since 1996. He began his career with Bluegreen Corporation and has extensive experience selling properties in developments including River Mountain Ranch, The Pinnacle, Mystic Shores and Copper Ridge. Sean is also a proud United States Navy veteran who served his country.
In addition to their real estate experience, Sean and Holly have built three homes and completed a full down to the studs renovation. This hands on experience gives them valuable insight into construction, remodeling, property condition and the features that can influence a home’s long term value.
Sean and Holly have two sons, one a graduate of Texas A&M University and the other a graduate of Texas Tech University and three grandchildren with whom they spend as much time as possible.
They live in Fischer, Texas, with their rescue dogs and also own and operate two vacation rentals in the Canyon Lake area.
With nearly 1,200 closed transactions, Sean and Holly have encountered almost every type of situation that can arise during a real estate transaction. Their extensive experience helps them anticipate potential problems, navigate complicated circumstances and guide their clients confidently from contract to closing.
